Welcome to Tee Tours LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a platform that allows golfers to create an account, find, and book tee times at participating golf courses (the "Service"). By accessing or using our website www.teetours.com (the "Website" or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Tee Tours LLC account, browsing the Platform, or booking a tee time, you agree to these Terms, our policies, and any additional rules posted on the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and golf course partners.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, such as booking tee times, you must create a Tee Tours LLC account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

4. Booking Tee Times

4.1 Booking Process

The Platform allows you to search for and book tee times at participating golf courses. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the golf course. You agree to provide accurate payment and booking information.

4.2 Pricing and Payments

Tee time prices are set by the golf courses and displayed on the Platform. You agree to pay all fees, including taxes, associated with your booking at the time of reservation. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation Policy (see Section 5).

4.3 Golf Course Rules

By booking a tee time, you agree to comply with the rules, policies, and dress codes of the golf course. Tee Tours LLC is not responsible for any disputes between you and a golf course.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by golf course and are displayed at the time of booking. To cancel a tee time, follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation or contact us at support@teetoursgolf.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the golf course's cancellation policy. Tee Tours LLC is not responsible for refunds for cancellations outside the stated policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's functionality, including through hacking or introducing viruses.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Platform.
• Resell or transfer tee time bookings without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tee Tours LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as golf course websites or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or availability of tee times or other information.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The quality or suitability of any golf course or service booked through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Tours LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tee Tours LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses due to booking errors or cancellations.
• Personal injury or property damage at a golf course.
• Unauthorized access to your account.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tee Tours LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform.
• Any dispute between you and a golf course or third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your account and right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
